Call
The poster track provides an excellent opportunity for researchers, practitioners, and students to present and discuss work in progress, late-breaking results, and novel ideas in an interactive format.
Topics of Interest
The conference theme this year is HCI4AI – Human Centred Approaches and their Impact on AI system design, application, and evaluation. We welcome submissions on a wide range of topics as listed on the main programme page.
Submission Guidelines
- Paper Length: Extended Abstract (4 pages maximum)
- Formatting: Please adhere to the Electronic Workshops in Computing paper format. Authors should submit their contribution in PDF format.
- Originality: Submissions must present original work not previously published or under review elsewhere, making clear how it differs from significant prior work. A full literature review is not required.
When preparing your submission, please ensure it has:
- A clear description of the research problem
- Methods and approach
- Current results or anticipated outcomes
- Significance and contribution to HCI
Review Process
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors should ensure that their submissions are anonymized.

Posters will be presented during the conference in breakout sessions in the foyer space. At least one author must register and attend the conference to present the work.
Publication
Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings, accessible via ScienceOpen.
